Is Wauld free to use?

Yes, Wauld offers a free plan with essential features, perfect for individuals or organizations starting with a limited number of credentials.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards. For annual or enterprise plans, alternative payment methods may be available—please contact our support team for assistance.

When do I receive my credential quota?

If you choose a yearly plan, your full annual credential quota is credited upfront. On a monthly plan, a proportional number of credentials is credited each month based on your annual quota.

Is it possible to buy additional credentials beyond what's in my plan?

Yes, you can purchase additional credentials anytime through a one-time fee, allowing you to easily scale as your needs grow.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access and benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my issued credentials if I downgrade or cancel my paid plan?

Once issued, your digital credentials remain valid and accessible to recipients even if you cancel your subscription. After your plan expires, features exclusive to paid plans will no longer be available, but all features included in the free plan will continue to work.
